Spring brings about so much change not just in the garden but in our attitude. I always feel like it breathe new life into everything I’m doing. Today as I sit on the Garden bench the bluebirds in the tree swallows are squawking and flying all around me because there’s a bluebird box right here. And the tree swallows and the bluebirds compete for the houses it’s kind of strange because they are friends but yet they compete but they do protect each other. It’s really pretty easy to be present when you’re sitting here without the distractions of things you need to do your emails your computer traffic. It’s just me and the garden today and I feels good The picture that I included has a blue bird on the top of the pole if you look close you can see it. I think about my friend Karen when I think about Blueberries she’s the one that started my love for them and taught me how to put bluebird boxes out. I’m grateful for Karen today❤️
