Virtual Journal Entry: Bench
What does it mean to let go? Does it mean saying what you want even though it doesn’t need to be said? Does it mean not saying it? Is it continuing to carry it each day and letting time make it lighter and lighter or do you put it on someone else’s back, maybe even the person who put it on yours?
Or is it none of that and instead it’s sitting on a bench, looking out over the water, and realizing that letting go is hard to do and that this too shall pass.
