Virtual Journal Entry: A day off
Sometimes we forget to take a day to ourselves. To walk around familiar grounds but actually soak up the calm that surrounds you. It’s a beautiful warm day here on Manteo. I walked around to find the distillery, met a local, talked about the love of living here, and had a cherry coke rum slushee. My hopes are to live here one day. In due time, I will.
