Virtual Journal Entry: Taking it all in
I arrived today for parents’ weekend at Belmont University. My freshman daughter brought me here today. While she is writing an essay for her class I came around the pond and found this swing. I am taking in the sounds of the ducks quacking, the feet running, another’s skateboard rolling, and child playing with a plastic walker. I’m just taking it in. Thank you Nashville for being a part of my daughter’s life journey. I feel grateful 😊
