Six years ago, I was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer given only three months to live. I always lived a healthy lifestyle, exercised, ate healthy, took my vitamins…
So the diagnosis for a shocker. As an RN, I knew that 95% of all illnesses come from our mindset. I knew the only way for me to beat the odds was to face my fears and deal with my emotional trauma from childhood. Today I am, healthy and cancer free. This bench is very special to me because I used to come here whenever I could, and plan for the future. It was my guiding light during my cancer journey.
Now, it’s my life’s purpose to coach people who find themselves in a situation dealing with cancer.
